Our in-house wellness area, Aqua Vital Insel, offers our guests the ultimate in relaxation for body and mind. With an indoor swimming pool, sauna, infrared cabin, relaxation areas and direct access to the sun terrace, our guests seeking rest and relaxation are pampered to the highest standard. For its superb facilities, the Aqua Vital Insel deserves the rating ‘excellent’ and also has something quite special to offer: unobstructed views of the impressive mountain scenery of the Schladminger Tauern and across the vast expanse of the Enns Valley. Simply breathtakingly beautiful, this unique natural backdrop soothes the mind. It’s so easy to find peace, let your thoughts wander, turn inwards and enjoy this ‘soothing treat for the mind’ to the full.

The centrepiece of our in-house wellness area is the indoor swimming pool. Here, our guests can enjoy the wonderfully warm water whilst taking in a phenomenal view of the mountains. The Schladminger Tauern mountains seem close enough to touch, providing a unique natural backdrop. With this ‘backdrop’, it is particularly delightful to swim a few lengths in the pool, relax or splash about.

What could be better than really pampering yourself after a day’s skiing in the fresh mountain air or a long hike? In our wellness area, our guests can rejuvenate through tranquillity, warmth and a sense of well-being. Did you know that a sauna session also boosts the immune system? In fact, people who use the sauna regularly have been shown to fall ill less often because they subject their immune system to targeted ‘training’. What’s more, the body rids itself of toxins, and as a lovely added bonus, the skin becomes rosy and well-circulated after a sauna session. A very lasting, pleasant warmth spreads from within whilst in the sauna, which feels infinitely good. For the rest period that follows every sauna session, our guests can enjoy a particularly inviting relaxation area or direct access to the outdoor area.

If you’d prefer it not to be quite so hot, we recommend a visit to our infrared cabin.  The infrared cabin offers excellent restorative benefits after sporting activities, and after just a short session you’ll feel as good as new. It’s the perfect way to round off a day of sport in the mountains.

Our guests are particularly impressed by our wonderful panoramic views. It is marvellous to gaze out over the mountains and the natural landscape of the Enns Valley whilst relaxing, reflecting on your own active day in the mountains and recharging your batteries for more fun, sport and adventure.

Our spacious sun terrace, which is directly accessible from the Aqua Vital Insel and guarantees maximum quality time, also offers a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a relaxing break. Our in-house wellness area, the Aqua Vital Insel, is open daily and is available to our guests free of charge.
